Where does your tea come from?
All our teas are sourced directly from Uji Region in Kyoto, Japan., which is one of the best tea producing region in Japan. Our teas are harvested and packaged directly in the farm.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
At HojichaYa, we want you to enjoy the most authentic natural flavor of our teas. From the time of packing, a tea will stay fresh for about 180 days and although the tea can still be consumed within 1 year, it will have lost some of the freshness and flavor of the original tea.
Once opened, we recommend the tea to be consumed within a period of 3 month in order to maintain the best possible flavor, while storing it in a cool, dark place.

Shipping Information
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping to West Malaysia and depending on the amount purchased, we offer free shipping to any location within Malaysia.
Where do you ship your teas to?
We currently ship our teas to both West and East Malaysia.
What is the checkout currency?
Checkout amount and billing for your orders are by default in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
Where do you ship your teas from?
All orders are mailed from our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
How fast will you ship my order?
Orders are mailed within 2-4 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping partner delivers between 2-7 days
